Facilities
The holiday apartment in Alcudia has approx. 90m² of living space and offers plenty of room for 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with rain shower, WC and BD, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with TV and a large balcony with beautiful sea views. The flat is on the 1st floor of a 4-party house – the beach is accessible from the side via the garden with outdoor shower.

The large living room offers a lot of space. From the couch you can not only look at the TV, but also have a beautiful view of the garden.
Balcony with sea view
Directly adjacent to the living room is a large balcony with table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea while having a coffee.
Balcony with glass front
The balcony has a glass front that can be opened and closed as desired. If the weather is not that nice, you can still enjoy the view here!
Direct beach
Playa d'Alcudia is known for its white sand and turquoise sea. It is one of the most beautiful beaches on Mallorca and only a few metres away from the holiday home.
Port Alcudia
Port Alcudia has a lot to offer: countless boats, many shops, cafés, bars and beautiful alleys. Children have plenty of opportunities to play here!
